Print Booklet - Colliers International
The clients were not satisfied with the typical corporate booklet template. Therefore, I created a new booklet design that went beyond the template, yet within the corporate design guidelines. The result was extremely well received, and the corporate headquarters adopted my design as the new branding style for the company.
Community Outreach Mailer (Language Access Focus) - SJC PBCE
I was asked to create a community outreach mailer that needed to comply with the language access policy and include 5 languages in addition to English.
End result was well received and the design template was adopted to use for the next 3 meetings.
FAST program Social Media and Public Outreach Campaign with Analytics - SJC PBCE
I was involved in a code enforcement project initiated by the city manager. My role in the project was to provide the right amount of public outreach. I mainly used social media as a tool and posted area-focused content on Nextdoor, organic posts, and paid ads.
After each phase of the project, I provided detailed on website and social media analytics like traffic, behaviors, click-through rate, comments and etc to the team. Additionally, I shared my comments based on my industry experience to help the team prepare for the next project.

Exterior Violation Video Production - SJC PBCE
I created this video using Adobe After Effects. The process involved recording footage and taking photographs at various locations, followed by post-editing to cover license plates and other sensitive information. In order to comply with the language access policy, we outsourced the translation and dubbing. This was also the first video that I produced using AI voice-over technology for the English narration. Building Safety Month Event - SJC PBCE
PBCE hosts its biggest annual public event every year, which attracts close to a thousand attendees. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a need to revive the event this year. Last year, we managed to achieve 35K impressions on Nextdoor, and this year we were able to increase it to 63K impressions. This represents roughly 15.75% of the San José Nextdoor users. We are anticipating a very successful jumpstart of the event this year.

Capital Market Interactive Presentation - Colliers International
I created this presentation for one of the most important broker teams at Colliers International. I used interactive graphics and animations to present metrics and information to keep viewers engaged. The presentation was created in Ceros. To view the presentation, click here
SJC PBCE Department Website Planning Division User experience optimization - SJC PBCE
My manager suggested doing a site-wide optimization for one of our divisions, so I created a detailed plan with instructions on which pages needed to be relinked, as well as potential linkage problems. The project is still ongoing, but I have already created drafts. My manager commented that the project would have been unachievable without my detailed plans.

Event and E-commerce Website Design- Turn8 Racing
I was assigned to design all the marketing materials for Turn8 Racing, a racing event host. These materials included the website, social media posters, flags and promotional prints. I created the website using WIX, from scratch. The site features event registration and an E-commerce store. It serves as the main source of income for the company and receives approximately 100 visits daily.
