The Request
A broker needed a brochure draft for one of the largest deals the company had in recent years. Due to the early stage of the project, the materials that he provided was minimal. Therefore, I was free to be creative and use minimal materials to create a brochure for one of the biggest deals in this office.
The Story
New buildings can represent the company’s wealth and success. So to represent this building, the logo needed to be bold, modern, and luxurious. The property location was also a very unique asset, so I incorporated the street and block into the logo because the project was called“The Block”.
Since it would be an empty building, it was important that the design was clean and spacious, so the brochure had a lot of breathing room to let viewers imagine themselves in the building. The biggest challenge I faced was creating an attractive cover out of a bland rendering of the building until I got the final renderings.
End Result
The broker and client were amazed at how I was able to create such an attractive cover out of a couple of simple building renderings. The broker team won the business.
